The 1.4-liter GM LE2 turbo engine has been assembled at the concern’s Hungarian plant since 2016 and is installed on such popular company models as the Buick Encore, Chevrolet Cruze and Trax. On Opel cars, such a power unit is known under its index B14XFT or D14XFT.
Small Gasoline Engine family: LV7, LE2, L3A, LFV, LSD, LYX.
The BUICK LE2 engine was installed on:
- Buick Encore 1 (GMT165) in 2016 – 2022;
- Chevrolet Cruze 2 (J400) in 2016 – 2020;
- Chevrolet Trax 1 (U200) in 2020 – 2022.
