Check engine condition

Check camshaft position
According to the fault record, check the camshaft position sensor and line, the car at the same time uses the intake and exhaust camshaft timing control device, and two camshaft position sensors G40 and G300 for monitoring, after checking the sensor plug connection intact, the sensor is not defective and intuitive faults and then measured the G40 and G300 plug wiring, the two sensors plug pin, pin 1 for the Power supply line, pin 3 for the hitch line, pin 2 for the sensor’s feedback signal terminal, respectively, to measure the two sensors of pin 1, the voltage is 5V (normal), measurement of pin 3 to ground resistance of 0.2 ohms indicates that the two sensors of the hitch are normal, with the substitution of sensors to verify that the sensor is working properly.
Read the engine block
Read the engine number block and compare the normal vehicle data in addition to the intake and exhaust camshaft matching counts showing differences from the normal car (the normal car shows 0, and the car shows 3 and 2) other data can not see the anomaly. Then consider whether there is a misalignment of the timing of the gas-matching mechanism caused by the camshaft and crankshaft timing deviation resulting in signal distortion we check the engine timing, by the maintenance manual procedures, remove the cylinder spark plugs installed micrometer VAS6341 and extension T1070N, assembly is completed along the direction of the engine rotation of the crankshaft until the first cylinder up to the end of the position, at this time to record the micrometer pointer is located! After the engine was assembled, screw the fixing pin T10340 into the cylinder block timing fixing position, then remove the oil seal plug cover after the intake and exhaust camshafts, and push the camshaft fixing device T10494 into the camshaft slot, and found that it could not be installed no matter what, and by comparing with the marking on the camshaft wheel when it was first installed it deviated too about half a tooth position. Re-adjust the timing mechanism of the engine and test drive, the fault did not reappear.
